If you can find those people, hire them for whatever the market will bear. Most important, good cloud architects need to become ferociously self-taught in order to make key calls as to what technology will help and what technology will hinder. We need talent that has a mix of old and new skills, cloud-based and not. The bottom line is that we now have a bit of a crisis: There’s not enough true cloud architecture talent to go around. When I or someone else with my skill set does not review proposed solutions, the plan goes into production and the odds increase exponentially that the implementation will be labeled a failure rather than a success. That lack of insight is why many proposed target solutions cost much more than they should and don’t often solve the business problem, in part or in whole. This usually involves pointing at all the best practices and best solutions, cloud or not, that were not considered. They might be good at walking a business problem through an AWS, Google, or Microsoft approach, but the likelihood that the solution is optimal and best of breed is very low.Īs a side note, I make a living by tearing those solutions apart to find out why they’re not living up to expectations. That’s why we see more “architects” out there who hold major public cloud certifications that typically focus on a single public cloud. The message to those who plan to obtain an IT-related college degree is similar to advice to aspiring doctors: The way you make the big bucks is to specialize. In other words, a Jack (or Jill) of all trades. They need to be well versed in security and governance, expert in public and private cloud solutions, as well as very knowledgeable about traditional IT-all at the same time. Good cloud architects are scarce because they wear so many hats. In most cases, having the cream of the crop on staff could save $10 million to $100 million dollars per year in otherwise misplaced cloud and IT investments. Although that’s true, those who have a knack for cloud architecture are now rising to the top. Many may scoff at “proven track record” because cloud-based resources are relatively new, and configuring those resources to form the optimum solution is a still-evolving science. However, a good cloud architect can make as much as $250,000 with proper experience and a proven track record of success. I’ve paid more and less, depending on where the architect lives. According to this source, “cloud architects earn between $140,000 and $150,000” per year.

Respectfully we should always try to take a step-back when watched a drama adapted from an original webtoon, novel or a reboot as a standalone production writers often make very different decisions ( whether for better or worse) than the original creator with either storyline, themes or characters, and it is certain to say that writer Lee Shi Eun, did make some necessary and unnecessary changes in TVN’s latest eponymous drama adaption of the webtoon. The original webtoon of “ True Beauty” has always had either a “ love and hate” relationship even amongst fans the main heroine has little character growth, her relationships and decisions are questionable ,and the storyline hits a major snag after the halfway point as well. True Beauty “ A Love And Hate Relationship” Let’s be honest. Still as formulaic as it is, it's not offensively bad. It's like there's a list that must be checked off at all costs to the story and characters. As it lets the two back on the ground, Satoshi and Gou bid their farewells to Lugia and return to Sakuragi Institute. The two ride on Lugia’s back as it brings them along on a bizarre adventure across the seas. To Satoshi’s surprise, he meets another boy, Gou, who leapt onto Lugia’s back as well. Unfazed, Lugia flees, but not before Satoshi determinedly leaps onto its back. Noticing the other trainers’ tactics, Satoshi has his partner, Pikachu, strike Lugia with a Thunderbolt attack. At the harbor, they find Lugia-a Legendary Pokémon-engaged in combat with other trainers. During the ceremonial speech, Professor Sakuragi receives an alert of a possibly rare Pokémon appearing in Vermillion City’s harbor, leading Satoshi and the other trainers to rush to the area in hopes of finding the mysterious Pokémon.
